• Appointments over the phone for 10-15 minutes are free. They can be  done by FaceBook Messenger, FaceTime or WhatsApp. If you would then like  to schedule a home visit consultation we make them on weekends during  daytime hours.
• The 1st consultation hour in your house is $100 flat. Every next hour it is $50.
• The whole package price depends on the amount of services you need and the size of your home. 

We don't manage construction renovation projects. We sure can help you to     pick tiles, cabinets, flooring from vendors and select finishes together       for an additional fee. 

We are happy to give you our advice regarding your custom projects. We can discuss with you built-ins or window treatments and we do have a very       reputable sourcing. But we don't measure for sizing or manage the project       because the vendor will do all of this for you.

• We source from different vendors on line and retail stores depending on your budget.
• When we  source from online-only vendors, we try to use sites that have free/low-cost shipping and free returns.
• Mostly we recommend things that are obtainable online, so that they would be available for you when you are ready to place an order. However, if you would like to have something especially unique, we may find/recommend something from other sources such as designers' boutiques and antique stores. 
• We do not purchase furniture. However we can give you suggestions on what you might need and where to buy it.
• We do not have affiliations with or get commissions from any stores.
• We recommend pieces that we think are perfect for you and not because we have loyalties to specific vendors.
• We want you to get the best stuff at the best prices.
• We don't purchase anything for you. We will help you to place orders or buy only together with you and for your expense.
• We also will sign a contract before starting your project.
